PRODUCTION PREPARATION
Prepare the mould & mix
Mould geometry determines the component profile. Cement, graded sand, water and alkali-resistant fibres are prepared for the selected GRC process.
MANUFACTURE
Form & cure the GRC
In the spray process, mortar slurry and chopped fibres are deposited together into the mould. Compaction and moisture retention during curing are essential to the final material.
QUALITY CONTROL
Inspect the products
Products are examined throughout production. Surface quality and the progress of the work are reviewed against project requirements.
SITE DELIVERY
Supervise installation
Continuous technical supervision supports installation. Progress indicators and programmes are reviewed, with safety measures protecting people and property.
Quality control follows the production cycle and continues through site installation.
